Heather provides healing bodywork in several modalities: Barefoot shiatsu, Acupressure, Thai massage, CranioSacral, Reiki, Polarity & Reflexology. Treatments can be either on a comfortable floor futon (for deeper work) or massage table (for energetic/lighter work), and are usually received in loose, comfortable clothing. (Little or no oil/lotion is used.)
