Shelley May is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and has been an advocate of healthy living and holistic self-care all of her adult life. 

This mother of four children spent most of the first 18 years of parenting wondering what the next step would be for her. A brief stint in the corporate world after graduating from Northeastern University told her what she didn't want to do. Occasional massages and spa treatments hinted at what she might want to do. After living up and down both U.S. coasts, continental Europe, and the U.K., Fairfield County feels like home. Settled now, Shelley has answered the calling that she's been hearing for nearly 20 years.
