In my experience, Anna, is the best massage/active release/trigger point/everything therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. I feel she was sent to me through many years of prayers to help treat the effects of my incurable disease and just knows exactly what to do without me having to explain every time. I trust her completely! I am so thankful to know her!!

I’ve had many massages in my life and can honestly say that my first experience with Anna greatly exceeded any before. She has an innate, intuitive understanding of the human body that cannot be explained, nor simulated. It is though she can see beyond the skin to find areas of tension and trigger points in a way that speaks them into surrender. I’m almost laughing at how poetic this sounds, but is the only way I can get anywhere close to doing justice to her skill and artistry.

Anna does a great job of knowing where you need work the most without you telling her. For me I hate focusing on an area because if hurts an just avoiding it but she knows as soon as my massage starts where my body needs the most attention without me saying a word. She is truly a gem in her profession an I am thankful for her!!

Anna J. takes it to another level though as she scans her body with her intelligent hands & carefully with precision detects problem areas or areas of discomfort that often you had no idea you were sore there, taking a Whole-Body-Holistic-Approach of understanding the linkages between muscles & how they affect different segments of the body. I have been a high performance athlete all of my life. Anna has helped me recover from injuries, helped keep me injury free by regular maintenance sessions with her, & allowed me to get back to my active lifestyle which is part of my DNA fabric, which due to how painful they were at times I thought I might not ever get back.
