 Anna is experienced, nationally certified, and highly-skilled in a wide variety of techniques, such as Sports Massage,  Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Techniques, Cupping, and Scar Tissue Treatments; as well as more gentle techniques such as Swedish/relaxation, and prenatal massage.

Anna finds every single spot that you didn’t even know was hurting. I have had issues since I had my baby and she found some scar tissue that was causing a tremendous amount of pain.
