After Graduating from CCMT in Groton, Ct I worked at Norwich Inn and Spa for over 6 years, then started working on my own clients in the town on Danielson, CT where I grew up. I worked shortly at Westview Healthcare Center with their sports medicine team before joining up with Tammy and Jillian at Body Balance. These ladies are the best support system I could ask to work with. We enjoy working towards the wellness of each client and their specific needs.

Sarah was amazing. I went in with a specific shoulder issue and she was very good at finding the knots and even gave me pointers as to how to stretch it and heal it when I went home. Very grateful. Great massage, would recommend her without any doubt.
