After Graduating from CCMT in Groton, Ct I worked at Norwich Inn and Spa for over 6 years, then started working on my own clients in the town on Danielson, CT where I grew up. I worked shortly at Westview Healthcare Center with their sports medicine team before joining up with Tammy and Jillian at Body Balance. These ladies are the best support system I could ask to work with. We enjoy working towards the wellness of each client and their specific needs.

Sarah is so good at what she does. The pressure she uses is always the perfect amount. She is very knowledgeable & knew I could benefit from trying hot stones for an even more relaxing massage treatment. It was amazing.

After hurting my neck skiing, I had very limited movement on my right side and was struggling to sleep, felt like I had pinched nerve. Sarah was very professional and knowledgeable on what part of back/neck to target to help relieve the pain I had. Can't thank her enough for helping me after just one half hour session. Amazing!!
