My goal is to listen to the individual and provide a treatment plan that is beneficial in promoting pain relief.  I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in January of 2016. Immediately out of school, I worked at a busy chiropractic office where I honed my deep tissue and therapeutic massage techniques. Specializing in pain management and mobility, I incorporate many different modalities into my massage, including Thai Massage, CranioSacral Therapy(CST), Cupping, Lomi Lomi, Gua Sha, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Stretching to give each individual client a contoured massage designed just for them.

Somehow knows my points perfectly and is able to customize the massage to me. Deep and concentrated pressure helps me so much! but obviously she will adjust if needed
