I am a graduate of the Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine. I studied Swedish and Deep Tissue massage as well as Zen Shiatsu. I have further study in deep tissue work with David Lauterstein and myofascial structural integration with Tom Myers. I have also studied Lomi Lomi. I have been attuned to Reiki Level 3.

My professional past is varied. I graduated from culinary arts school in the early ‘90s and worked as a cook for seven years. I worked on rivers for about that same amount of time as a raft guide and kayak instructor. I served in the United States Marine Corps from 1999-2003. Upon moving to Maine in 2007, I worked as a stone mason crafting structures that can stand the test of time.

My massage practice is an integration of all that I have learned and experienced.  I look forward to the opportunity of working with people to help facilitate a progression towards a healthier, more whole state of being.
