The desire for a supportive ally is universal. As social beings, we thrive on connection and community. When feeling detached and alone, it is only natural to seek support. In session, you can count on me to provide an accepting and nurturing environment where you have the opportunity to sincerely express yourself. My therapeutic goal is to assist you in becoming an empowered individual who understand the healthy balance between vulnerability and courage. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and I am currently being supervised by Ashley Ray, LCSW-S while I gain my clinical hours to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In addition, I am a certified yoga instructor through the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute and bring mind-body techniques into our sessions in order to help you heal and feel like a fully integrated individual.
