When you are looking to bring further healing and relaxation into your body, I bring a gentle, nurturing presence to your side. Your comfort, healing and sense of safety are my highest priority. I can provide table or Thai massage, though Thai is where my heart is. As my client, Thai Massage is a good place to start when seeking to deepen your mind-body connection and heal through physical touch. One of the world issues that upsets me the most is sexual violence that is perpetrated against men and women on a daily basis. My hope is to help men and women feel safe in their bodies again by encouraging emotional release and somatic reprocessing by serving as a guardian while I provide a caring and soothing massage.

When providing massage you will also benefit from my expertise as an energy healer. In my daily life, I am passionate about Spiritual growth and exploration, playfulness, connection, adventuring, traveling, community and teaching. I have been teaching Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork, relationship workshops, Yoga, meditation, and energy healing for many over the course of my career.
