Ms. Cotten is prompt, courteous and she listens to the client! She is an expert Therapist who does the upfront work to understand her client's needs, whether it is an injury through working-out, accident or if it is a matter of stress reduction from the work week and bringing the body back into balance with the mind. Coupled with this is her vast knowledge of the physiological makeup of the human body through her professional education, and she conveys this through communicating with her clients in layman's terms. So, she makes it plain, which works great for me! Ms. Cotten does not mind sharing valuable information to help the client grasp a better understanding of best practice approaches to optimal health. Ms. LaQuanda makes sure that you hop off her table feeling 10x better than when you got on. She has a great understanding of muscles and tissues and knows how to read someone’s body response. Overall, an amazing LMT.

Every area I told I had an issue with she gave special attention to and made me feel brand new! Not only did she massage these areas she educated me so I would know why one area being tight affect another part of my body. It’s been a very long time since I have had a massage therapist this good and I will definitely be going back and recommend everyone to try her!
