I've been practicing massage for 12 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From a relaxing Swedish massage to a multilevel deep tissue massage, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.
I am certified in Swedish, deep tissue, active release, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Hot Stone massage, Reflexology, and both stationary and dynamic cupping.
