In my studies of healing, I learned early on that we tend to physically hold our stress and trauma in certain areas of our body.  When we hold these feelings or emotions for too long, they turn into physical problems that we aren't always sure how to rid ourselves of, or how they even manifested.  By combining Reiki energy healing with therapeutic massage to assist in releasing these ailments, I'm here to help bring you back to a body you can be comfortable in. Swedish or therapeutic massage and deep tissue are my strong suits; and I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma or abuse that may need extra help settling into and taking back control of their bodies.  I'm available to provide massage in the Dallas area.
