Her messages are the best I have ever had. My back is loose and my IT bands are loose and my neck and shoulders feel amazing after she helps me. This is an important part of my recovery process for my body and she is the absolute best. The pressure is perfect-its a mix of relaxation but mostly she gets done what my body needs to heal. I am more efficient in the gym after she works on my muscles. I honestly could go on for days about how she can target areas and read my body and muscles-it's truly a gift that I am loving to benefit from.

She listened to me and knew just what to do. I asked if she would focus on my sciatica and skip the Swedish, and she really helped me a lot in just 50 minutes.

Chers was a good masseuse. I felt nails a few times. It was too cool in the room. I did ask for the fan to be turned off or at least away from the bed. No other options were given even though I told her my hands were very cold. She also pulled her mask down to talk to me while I kept mine on all the time since I am a very high risk.
