Ariel took the time to understand the exact nature of my visit. She targeted the areas of concern very well. The next day I have mild soreness, wich is normal and good. I would definitely recommend.

I'm a powerlifter and Ariel has performed some miracles in relieving muscle tightness and helping to correct some imbalances. She has also given me instructions on helping me to improve mobility.
