Hello, my name is Nicole Miles, a licensed massage therapist. Massage therapy has proven to enhance my ability to continue to stay active and to assist in keeping me in optimum health today. These experiences continue to provide me with learning opportunities in helping my clients meet their wellness goals. As I continue to learn new modalities such as cupping, sports massage and assessing clients with hip and knee replacements. This will increase my knowledge and knowing the benefits in this very unique, important field.
