My friend took me here to get a massage for my 40th Bornday. Man... It was very much worth the drive. Stacy made me feel very comfortable, asked about my pain and pressure tolerance. Checked on me throughout the massage. Full body massage and she is Plush Size friendly. If I recall correctly, the eye mask was heated as well! Heated neck rest, focused on problem areas. I wasn't uncomfortable at all and felt relaxed and relieved. I have random pain from epidurals (4 C Sections) and my husband or daughter usually rub my lower back for me but I felt it was time again to see a professional again. She's going to make me throw away my massage gun! I will be back. P.S. I slept BETTER.

I absolutely love Temple of Esteem’s clean, safe and serene atmosphere! When I walked in I instantly felt a sense of warmth connect with my spirit, the massage was very therapeutic and I look forward to booking again soon

I was interested in a massage that releases trigger points, but I don't think she had a very skillful approach to the trigger points. Hard muscles were strummed over rather than pressed and held until they "melt" like I have experienced with trigger point / sports massage / medical massage experiences at other practices. I recognize the value and place for relaxation massage, but also suggest skill building in a more medical massage direction because I think that could round out her professional offerings. Ambiance and professionalism were top tier though.
