Usui Reiki - First Degree

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive relaxation and stress reduction technique which naturally encourages balance of mind, body, and soul. It can help the body to heal itself, and deepens spiritual connection. Performed using very light touch contact, Reiki is a lovely, safe, complementary therapy to any medical treatment, and has similar benefits to massage therapy, without direct manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. It can be performed separately or included as part of a massage therapy session.
