Pamela joins our practice and brings with her a background in healthcare; orthopedics, physical rehabilitation, general surgery, OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery. Wanting to leave modern medicine to find something more flexible and rewarding, she didn’t have to look far! Pamela joins our practice and brings with her a background in healthcare; orthopedics, physical rehabilitation, general surgery, OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery. Wanting to leave modern medicine to find something more flexible and rewarding, she didn’t have to look far! Loving massage and bodywork herself and experiencing first hand the healing capabilities and health benefits, it was a natural choice for her to become a Massage Therapist.
Pamela has special interest in injury and pain prevention and rehabilitation (including neck and headaches), and athletic performance and recovery, as well as general health maintenance. She utilizes a variety of techniques like Neuro-Muscular Massage (NMT), Trigger Point, Medical Massage muscle release, reciprocal inhibition and stretching to help her clients. Most importantly, Pamela relies on her intuition to guide her through each massage, giving the client what their body needs. She combines that with what they want and their overall massage and health goals, treating the whole body.
Body, Mind and Spirit.
Patient education is big with Pamela and she will take the time with you to explain things in an easy to understand manner. Her only goal is to help you feel your best; get you better, keep you better and of course, to give you the best massage possible, one that she herself would want!
