Life changed when I started getting massage.  I worked in an office during the day, and worked retail part time in the evenings.  I needed massage!
Fast forward to 1997, and I found myself in a professional career that financially offered me the opportunity to study massage and continue working. Upon graduation, I migrated to my massage practice, and couldn't be happier!
I attended the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts in Atlanta GA.  My certifications included Swedish Massage, Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy.  Continuing my education through the years, I've added Reiki, LaStone (hot stone) therapy, Aromatherapy, Cranio Sacral Therapy and Reflexology.   The range of experiences has provided me an understanding of the relationship between physical and energetic energies.  The body is much like a vehicle. It requires maintenance, fuel and a properly working electrical system to run properly!
