What I liked about Joan was that she came across as a true skin care expert. We discussed different products and I learned about what I should be using on my sensitive skin. Also, my last facial elsewhere was not relaxing as the woman talked the entire time, mostly about her kids and her life. Joan did not talk much unless I asked her a question. My time with her was very relaxing.

Joan was wonderful. I brought my makeup bag but decided my skin looked and felt so great, I opted to say bare. My 19 year old daughter and her friend was home from college and commented more than once on good I looked!!

Joan is fantastic! She was so patient with my son, who was having a facial to help deal with teenage breakouts and clogged pores. Joan gave him some recommendations about how to care for his skin, too!
