I had my first session with Rayna yesterday. Her space is warm, calming and peaceful. Rayna is gentle, kind, and compassionate along with knowledgeable and supportive. I was quickly set at ease and felt I was receiving care from someone who has my emotional, physical, and spiritual health in mind.

Rayna makes me feel better every time I see her.

Rayna is highly skilled, informative, funny, and spirited. The massage was incredible, and I hope to return for acupuncture. That said, Rayna was very lacking in professionalism. Like, 30 seconds into the massage, dropping f bombs. I'm not a puritan who is against strong or colorful language, but not everyone wants to hear you say "fucking blah blah fucking blah" during a massage when they're trying to relax. Especially when they don't know you like that and have just met you. That type of language can also be triggering and come off as angry, or bring up memories of angry people and abuse, if someone has trauma. Again, not the kind of experience most people want during a relaxation session. No real harm done, but something to keep in mind and be careful with if you want to make your space and attitude welcoming and relaxing. Thanks for the experience.
