After 30 years in Corporate Administrative Healthcare, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2017.
   Graduating from the NTSSM 650 Hour massage program, I went on to complete the 100 hour internship in Clinical massage.  This incredible training opportunity has given me the knowledge to address--through massage--a myriad of issues from sciatica, migraines, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder and a host of other issues naturally!
   In addition to the clinical aspects of my massage practice, enhancing each modality that I offer to increase its Therapeutic benefit is woven into my practice as part of the healing process as well.
   The Neuromuscular (PNF) Stretch is a very necessary service that I'm pleased to offer, particularly in my Sports Massage.
   Another is Hot Stones and/or Heated Bamboo- they both offer proven Therapeutic benefits when added to Deep Tissue and/or the relaxing Swedish massage.
