I decided to add reflexology to my Nikken Home Wellness Consultant business so I met with Nancy Levitt, RN, BSN, Director Lakewood School of Therapeutic Massage. Her recommendation was that I consider the “whole body” approach when coaching my clients on wellness.

I was drawn to the hot stones for their therapeutic deep tissue penetration. The moist heat of the hot stones penetrates deeper than physical hands can go. I add in the essential oils to aid in the room ambience along with the Himalayan salt rock light, ozone air filter, and a massage bed that is layered with wellness intentions. The massage table is warmed by healthy almost zero EMF's due to the infrared impregnated jade stone Vitamat from Korea, then I add a lambs wool cover to soften the bed and top it off with flannel sheets and fleece blanket for comfort. If heat is a problem I offer a Michigan-made Thermafore to heat the body and as a pretreatment before I get to a body part. 

I love people! I desire for them what our heavenly Father desires for them, wellness. I use my nutritional undergrad training to consult with my clients pre and post massage on what changes they might want to try to expedite their wellness journey. We are all so unique.
