After years of having a passion for fitness and personal training I became interested in massage therapy. I spent time learning how train the body and muscles and then I realized that it was important to me to learn how to heal the body as well. 


I spent 2 years attending MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy earning my Diploma in massage therapy, and got my license to become a RMT so I could start up my business in Creston, BC.
