Hello! I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since September of 2008. My passion for massage, however, began way before that! When I was eight years old, my single mom would come home from one of two strenuous jobs, lay on the couch and say "come here magic fingers!". I always loved making her feel better. I learned there could be money in it when I went around the dinner table at the end of the Thanksgiving meal one year and was rewarded with various amounts from aunts and uncles. When I graduated high school, I decided not to go into massage because I feared it becoming a J-O-B. Instead, I went to college and earned my bachelors degree in psychology, which got me a job as a secretary. After several years in the "real world", I finally went back to my roots and attended The Massage Therapy Training Institute (now Wellspring School of Allied Health) in Kansas City, Missouri. I love being a massage therapist and after all these years it has never been a J-O-B! My passion lies in getting people out of pain and helping them to remain pain-free! My intution and my experience with Thai Massage and the MyoKinesthetic System help me accomplish this goal. I believe that it is not always necessary to inflict pain while relieving it, so if you are scared of deep massages and are looking for pain relief or stress relief, I'm  the Massage Therapist for you. If you like the deep work, I'm your massage therapist, too! I adjust every massage based on the person I am working on and their needs in the moment, so no two massages I give are ever exactly the same!
