Using my hands as well as my heart, I like to serve my clients by helping them relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. Whether you want to relax, or have a specific condition that needs addressing, or both, I specialize in combining a variety of techniques to create the best session for you. Massage therapy is a partnership between the client and the therapist.  I work with you on specific areas to relieve pain, but to also help you relax and release tension and stress. 

As an oncology trained therapist I’m excited to be able to be of service to those who are going through or have gone through treatment for cancer. Benefits of massage can include: Reduced pain and fatigue, decreased anxiety, less nausea, improved sleep, eased isolation, enhanced body image and a greater sense of well-being.
