I have been a massage therapist since March 4, 2013, with licenses in Iowa and Nebraska.

I specialize in Swedish massage using light, medium, and firm pressure, client choice.

A technique of pressing slow and easing into the muscle is ideal for the muscle because it is less traumatic.  A deep pressure technique may not be the best for the muscle; of course, this depends on the needs of the client.
