I grew up and graduated in 2005 from Onawa, Iowa. In 2006 I moved to Council Bluffs and have been here ever since. I attended Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare and graduated with honors April 2014. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, cupping and sciatica. I love being able to help people to work on getting the relief they need. I can do full relaxation massages or focus on the areas you need.

Ashley did a wonderful job, she’s so talented at finding the spots that need release. And if you need deep tissue work that is tight and sensitive, she’s great at easing in with Myofascial pressure first. She’s so strong I love it!
