Welcome to my world! 9 years in the making now! I joined the massage world after a devastating divorce to be completely honest, but I also chose this field as something to help me make that healthy and (almost) smooth recovery/transition a successful one, and it delivered!


They say the best therapists use intuition as well as their intelligence to masterfully manipulate muscle fibers to react in peace. This leads me to believe that my most favorite type of massage is one that gets me thinking, challenges me, pushes me to think outside the box. Where is the root of the problem stemming and for how long?! Don't get me wrong, relaxing and releasing soreness is the most important common goal for sure, but we all want to know what's up too, right?! :)

I am from Utah - born and raised - and I recently (as in the past few years) have really come to embrace my wild side in the wilderness. I know, I've been living under a rock, haha! I enjoy psychological thrillers, MUSIC like you wouldn't believe, and am loving on my new return crave for reading books. Oh yes, I love me some sports too! I grew up playing basketball and volleyball pretty heavily: point guard/forward and middle blocker or outside hitter for all my hardcore players out there! Other than that, I have two adorable westies and am engaged to my better half!

I attended and graduated from the Professional Massage Therapy Program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2011. So far I am certified in Hot Stone, Prenatal and Dry silicone cupping! I like to call my work more of a "Swedish Remix" because it is calming with some focus work being done requiring much more firm pressure, such as: sports injury and trigger point focus. My beautiful practice is located in the heart of Cottonwood Heights!
