Lomi Lomi

In this exciting 10 day intensive in Kauai I was able to learn and practice Temple Style Lomi and shamanic sacred rites. This training brought a new fluidity and grace to my massage practice as we learned the Hawaiian way to move vital energy through the body, mind, and spirit. Lomi Lomi is about the nurturing gentleness and also the fiery creative nature of the islands and helps wash away our past to help us be present now. To further assist that process we engaged and practiced sacred rites for ancestral healing, so we can address those patterns/issues we have inherited from our families that may hold us back from reaching our true potential.

The Pearl Day Spa - LMT

At The Pearl Day Spa we saw clients both for relaxing spa treatments and therapeutically to address repetitive use strain, injury rehabilitation, and provide prenatal massage care. In the two and half years at The Pearl I learned to blend therapeutic work with all the luxuries of the spa to create a massage that alleviates problems, and is also an enjoyable session that leaves you relaxed and rejuvenated.

Reiki Master

In 2009 I completed my required training to become a certified reiki master/teacher.
