After graduating from the Alaska Institute of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy in Anchorage, Alaska in 2008 she has witnessed first hand the many amazing benefits that massage offers.  

Beth's career ranges from working in physical therapy and chiropractic clinics, where she gained knowledge on working with clients suffering from chronic and acute pain, athletes, MVA clients, pregnancy massage and the hard working individual looking for a monthly tune-up.  It was in these settings that she strengthened her problem solving skills as a therapist.

She has also worked in spa settings, where she learned the importance of allowing and creating time in our hectic schedules for self-care.  We live in such a busy and chaotic world, our bodies and our beings are in need of time to relax, unplug and reconnect.
