 Massage Therapy has been my path since at least elementary school.  It's such a blessing to be able to love what I do and help others.  I am passionate about learning more and doing more with the different modalities.  I earned my diploma and have been licensed since 2006.  I am certified in  Deep Tissue work, Sports Massage, Cupping Methods, Gua Sha, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, and Myofascial Release.

Yoga is a part of my daily ritual. I enjoy nature. The beach is my happy place. I believe that coffee is sunshine in a cup and that kindness is a wonderful choice.

Cupping Methods

I have several hours of educational credits as well as practical experience over the last 12 years. I continually strive to improve my knowledge and skill with different techniques to treat a variety of conditions. Many clients and athletes embrace the benefits of cupping. I was blessed to work with a pro hockey team for a short time while I was a student and the trainer taught me some techniques that have been very helpful to the clients. I have used cupping on professional, college, high school, and weekend athletes in my practice to help them perform at their best.
