Our bodies are a series of oppositional pushes and pulls, different muscle groups in opposition to each other all dependent on our everyday posture, activities, and emotional connections.
I'm a functional massage therapist- I'm here to help you find a greater balance in your body, release tension, work through old wounds & injuries, and find a greater sense of balance in your life. I enjoy helping clients to get the results they want.
