I am an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist (Cert. #70935). I have 1350 hours of study and was blessed to have been mentored by Cynthia Ribeiro (Former President of American Massage Therapy Association). Not only did I study Anatomy from textbooks, but got a chance to spend a week’s worth of time at a medical school’s cadaver lab. There I got to see and learn first hand on where muscles attach, direction of muscle fibers and a better understanding of which combination of bodywork will work best for my clients. It doesn't stop there. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.

Shawn is a rare find. I've been suffering with neck pain for over 15 years and now it's gone!! That's a huge deal!! I spent thousands of dollars with massage therapies elsewhere over the last 15 years with no improvement whatsoever. I wish I found Shawn sooner!!

Responded immediately and was able to get me an appointment the same day. Went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of by spending extra time. Listened to my needs and accommodated them. He is very knowledgeable about the body, helping with pain, and offering exercised that can be performed at home to help with getting the body back in balance.

Shawn was amazing! He was very attentive and really listened to me to understand where my pain was. Not only did he do great work on my back, neck, and shoulders but he actually explained in detail what he was doing and why. Once the massage was complete he took the time to show me stretches and exercises I can do help with my issues. Overall great experience and looking forward to going back for more.
