I have always been drawn towards the holistic side of the modern medical field and I feel fortunate enough to have found my purpose within Bodywork/ Massage Therapy. The field of Bodywork/ Massage Therapy goes far beyond the cliché of “pampering” or “body rubbing”; this is an amazing field that HAS various specialties in Healthcare, Fitness, and Beauty.
Which offers an unlimited variety of benefits that range from improving self-confidence, skin, reducing stress & stress related illness, stimulate mental clarity, improve functionality from past or current injury/ trauma/ or surgery, may serve as a preemptive means in spotting potential skin cancers or other issues, and is an effective pro-active component of an overall healthy wellness regimen to say the very least! Bodywork/Massage Therapy is an amazing field and opportunity without end, plus the human body is the greatest puzzle, constantly evolving, and has amazing self-healing capabilities.
That is why I am very proud to be a Certified Massage Therapist & Health Educator, which allows me to help facilitate one’s physical wellbeing along with being a proactive part of his/her recovery and/or wellness plan.
