I've been a massage therapist for 13 years. I grew up in the beautiful mountains of northern NY state and started my massage career there. I moved to Copperas Cove with my family when my husband was stationed here and we have decided to stay and make central Texas our home. In the beginning my practice primarily focused on pain and stress relief for those with special needs and their caregivers. As time went on and I kept practicing, I realized my passion was for problem solving massage and bodywork. I specialize in myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point and spot work. Also in caring for those going through emotionally difficult times and those who have specific muscular issues that inhibit daily life. There is nothing more satisfying for me than building a long standing, helping relationship with my clients. Dana and I hope that practicing at Ironclad will give us the freedom to continue this tradition of care.
