Certified Reflexologist

I became interested in reflexology over 30 years ago after reading about it in a book from the local health food store. I became interested in reflexology over 30 years ago after reading about it in a book from the local health food store. It was quite fascinating that in order to relieve a headache, you could apply pressure to your fingertips with clothespins or encourage digestion by walking barefoot over sand. Many years later, when living in Massachusetts, I ran across a reflexologist at a local health fair, and made an appointment. Intrigued, it seemed natural to learn it for myself in order to help other people experience this wonderful modality.

I soon enrolled for training at the New England Institute of Reflexology in Onset, Massachusetts and became a Certified Practitioner of Reflexology in November, 2004, with over 376 hours of specialized work.

Thereafter, I received additional training in the science-based Manzanares Method ™ of Reflexology with continuing education of 16 hours in June 2011 in Boston, Massachusetts. CE credit approved by the American Reflexology Certification Board for Provider POO118.

I have a heart for helping people achieve a sense of well being, relax and restore balance in the body, one sole at a time.
