I may use with deep tissue and deep stretching, and council you in present breathing & awareness during the session. 

I am a Certified Watsu Practitioner, giving therapy in warm water!!

 I offer Reiki treatments, infrared light treatments for nerve pain and cell regeneration, and a whole line of plant based superfood nutrition line with Purium Foods , to get your juices flowing!  Supplement Consults are over Zoom chat scheduled privately with me in advanced.

This is the most relaxed I have ever been while in the water. She didn't hurt me with the movements she was making. She could tell when my body was was saying "thats too much".
