My name is Stephanie and I have been in the healthcare career since 2011 I graduated from Washington State Community Collage Physical Therapist Assistant program and have worked in all settings of Physical Therapy which I have really enjoyed. I've always been interested in Massage Therapy and graduated with my massage license in 2016 I love massages and have learned even more with the anatomy of therapy and massage together I enjoy therapeutic massages with target treatment areas. Also strong advocate of stretching and breathing exercises. I enjoy deep tissue therapy to muscles of tightness and damage to soft and deep tissues to provide increase flexibility and aligning tissue fibers along with muscle fibers to improve overall function of muscles and ligaments and decrease further damage to areas of body for improved function with all mobility.
