Very nice experience, very relaxing atmosphere. She’s very calm and easy-going and easy to be around. She seems to know a good bit about reflexology and even other modalities that are related to it. Very very relaxing experience. For anyone new to reflexology, you may find that it’s not exactly the same as a foot massage itself. There is some massaging in the process which is very nice, but the main goal is not necessarily a vigorous massage but they are using other techniques that although relaxing, do not necessarily feel the same as a foot massage would. She’s very accommodating and in tune with what you need as her client, price is a little higher than I’m used to paying, I have gone to great massage therapist for less. But I wouldn’t say it was way overdone price wise. All in all a really great experience. Only drawback for me was that I was expecting more of a foot massage as this was my first time getting a reflexology session. At any rate, you won’t regret it!

This was my first experience with reflexology. Joana is amazing. Better than any massage. I left feeling energized and balanced. And my sleep that night was deep and relaxing. I will definitely return.
