For the past 14 years I have been a stay-at-home mom caring for my family. I have always loved taking care of people. As my children grew older, I wrestled with what to do next. I knew I wanted to help people and still be able to be with my family when they need me. Massage checked all the boxes, but as I started working with clients, I knew this was my calling. 


I love working with all kinds of clients, but I have been studying prenatal massage and love being able to empower people through bodywork and encouragement. I am continually amazed by the human body and it's capabilities. I want to be able to support pregnant and birthing people so they can have a memorable and even enjoyable experience. It doesn't matter how you choose to birth-at home, in a hospital, with or without pharmacological interventions, or even through cesarean section...I want to help support you through your journey with no judgement, only encouragement.
