Welcome to my page.  My practice specializes in Deep Tissue, Injury Rehab Therapy.  Pain Management, from Sports Injuries, Life's Stresses, Aging Issues, Scar Treatment Therapy after most surgeries, very effective with Plastic Surgery.  Extensive experience with Shoulder, Back, Neck, Knee and Hand injuries.   Advanced Experience working with Ironman, Marathon and Bike Racers. Baseball, Football and Athletes from all Sports.  Specialty Stretching on Request.  Active Isolated Stretching.  Myofascial Release. 17+ years Experience.  Each Treatment is Catered and customized to you the Client.  This will not be a SPA Massage.   My times are flexible if you don't see a time that works for you message me and I will get back to you ASAP.  This is your massage.  I want it to be what you want and the most enjoyable experience that you can have.  Your Health and wellness and long term recovery is our GOAL.  If you don't see a day or time on my schedule or you want to book an appointment in a short matter of time email me and we can try to accommodate you.
