When she is not in the studio, she enjoys trail running, horseback riding, and spending time with friends and family. She has a deep gratitude for this work because she believes every person has a gift and wisdom to share.

She goes above and beyond, not only treating the body but making awareness of stress and pent up emotions and how that relates to pain. She even made me a roller bottle of essential oils to take home for my grief I have been dealing with.
