Tara is a wife and mother of three fiesty kids; Jameson, Avery and Emma. She is passionate about the many benefits of massage therapy and has experienced first hand how it can improve overall wellness. She studied Massage Therapy at the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy, graduating Salutatorian. Tara is a deep bodyworker and integrates many styles of massage into any one session including Neuromuscular Trigger Point, Myofacial Release and Post Isometric Stretching. In her spare time she enjoys trail running, soccer and the adventures of family life.
