I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006 and the owner of Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy & Bodywork since 2011. In 2021, I expanded into the Intuitive Wellness Center to offer a more complete, whole-body approach to care.
My work is centered around helping people feel better in their bodies—whether that means relieving chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply giving you the space to slow down and reset.
I specialize in working with athletes and active individuals, helping them recover faster, prevent injury, and stay performing at their best—but you don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from this level of care. Every session is tailored to meet you where you are and what your body needs that day.
I believe healing doesn’t come from just one modality. That’s why I integrate a variety of techniques into each session, including therapeutic massage, cupping, Ashiatsu, energy work, and more.
Clients often tell me they appreciate not only the results they feel, but also the comfortable, down-to-earth environment. I truly care about the people I work with, and my goal is for you to leave each session feeling better, heard, and supported.
In addition to massage therapy, I have a background in mental health and continued training in multiple wellness modalities, allowing me to take a more holistic approach to your care.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me training and competing in Olympic weightlifting, spending time in my garden, playing with my dogs, or relaxing with my husband.
