I cater each session to each client’s specific needs. My goal is to work with you in solving muscular issues, as well as achieving a state of relaxation & peace at the same time. I love to find humorous ways to make my clients laugh & smile; laughter can be the best medicine! Together we can solve everything from relieving stress to conquering muscular issues you have had for years. I am very lucky to have a career that I am deeply passionate about. I love to help people improve their health & believe my life's purpose is to serve my community through Massage & Bodywork. 

When I am not working, I train and compete in Olympic Weightlifting, I enjoy gardening, playing with my dogs & spending time with my husband!
