I'm one of the new co-owners of All Elements Healing, LLC, and I specialize in therapeutic, deep tissue massage, with an emphasis on working with the clients' body toward self-healing. I am well-versed in anatomy and physiology, which is apparent in every session; and am also fascinated by the more subtle aspects of physical pain, tension and healing, and prefer to work with the client holistically.

I'm one of the new co-owners of All Elements Healing, LLC, and I specialize in therapeutic, deep tissue massage, with an emphasis on working with the clients' body toward self-healing. I am well-versed in anatomy and physiology, which is apparent in every session; and am also fascinated by the more subtle aspects of physical pain, tension and healing, and prefer to work with the client holistically. 


Much of my approach to massage stems from my experience as a yoga practitioner and guide. Through my yoga practice, I have discovered that there is huge potential for physical, spiritual, and emotional transformation when a person becomes fully embodied and relaxed. The importance of this approach becomes clear during my sessions. Clients find it easy to drop into a fully relaxed, potentially meditative state, which allows them to experience deep release. One client remarked, "I feel like I hold the deed and you hold the map, and together we're exploring the many layers of this property". 

This kind of experience is one of deep trust, and practitioner and client work together on many levels in a healing exploration.

Ray also offers asana and restorative yoga, guided meditation, and yoga nidra sessions for individuals and small groups. Within these sessions, clients are given tools to cultivate this experience of embodiment and relaxation in their daily lives.
