I started my career as a Masage Therapist (LMBT) as an additonal modality to add to my than Occupational therpay assistant career. What I soon realized was I enjoyed treating the entire person, and maximazing the results for them. I love to help clients learn to listen to there bodies, decrease pain, and balance their central nervous system - so their body can do what is does best - Heal! After almost 15 years of expereience I use a myriad of modalites and tools from my educational tool ches...

I love to help clients learn to listen to there bodies, decrease pain, and balance their central nervous system - so their body can do what is does best - Heal! After almost 15 years of expereience I use a myriad of modalites and tools from my educational tool chest, to individualize each treatment. Some of my clients and my favorites are incorporating Thai Bodywork, Myofascial work, Reflexology, Cranio-Sacral Therapy along with Deep Tissue.

It is always an amazing experience with Lindsey. On my last visit I had the pleasure of being greeted by two of my favorites upon arrival Willy and Rocket always a bonus for me. Then chatted with Lindsey to go over what was happening then onto the warm inviting table to relax. and let the magic begin. I left feeling relaxed and balanced. If you have never experienced Bowen work it is different but very powerful and Lindsey is amazing
