I am very passionate about providing therapeutic massage services for the mind, body, and soul. My personal experiences with chronic pain lead me into this beautiful world of holistic medicine. Between nutritional changes, chiropractic care, physical therapy and massage therapy, I learned that the body has the natural ability to heal itself and massage helps to facilitate that process. I am a 2012 graduate of Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, NC. My trainings include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Hot Stones, and Massage Cupping. I will continue adding more modalities and techniques to expand treatment options for my clients. I take an “eclectic” approach to healing so I customize each massage to suit each client’s needs. I hope each client will experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits that massage therapy has to offer.
