I have been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since April 2010 and I received my certification from Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, NC with a concentration in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Trigger Point therapy. Since graduating I have become certified in Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sports massage, Bamboo Fusion, Thai Foot Massage, Integrative Reflexology, and Cupping.  In being a massage therapist I have been blessed with meeting some amazing people and found a love for massage and all the benefits it can offer. 

 I enjoy being involved in this remarkable field that I can share with others.  Massagetherapy provides me the ability to make a person’s day better either throughrelaxation or working out muscular issues.   I have worked with professional athletes, cyclists, bodybuilders, competitive runners and more. Even if you are not an athlete, Sports Massage and Cupping Massage are very beneficial. I offer a full body stretch in an effort to get your body loose and moving! I always look forward to helping my clients, working on flexibility, and giving them at home stretches to maintain a whole body experience.

I tell her where I hurt and she takes care of it. Every time I leave I have a new favorite thing she did. It’s always the same but different. She can feel where I’m tight and goes to work on it. By the time I leave I feel like a new person!

Z is amazing!! I go,every 2 weeks and even though she does the same areas it’s always different! By the time I leave I feel amazing!! Every time I go I have a new favorite area she did! She is the best! If you can get an appointment, get one! You will not be sorry!! 🥰🥰
