I have been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since April 2010 and I received my certification from Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, NC with a concentration in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Trigger Point therapy. Since graduating I have become certified in Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sports massage, Bamboo Fusion, Thai Foot Massage, Integrative Reflexology, and Cupping.  In being a massage therapist I have been blessed with meeting some amazing people and found a love for massage and all the benefits it can offer. 


 I enjoy being involved in this remarkable field that I can share with others.  Massage therapy provides me the ability to make a person’s day better either through relaxation or working out muscular issues.   I have worked with professional athletes, cyclists, bodybuilders, competitive runners and more. Even if you are not an athlete, Sports Massage and Cupping Massage are very beneficial. I offer a full body stretch in an effort to get your body loose and moving! I always look forward to helping my clients, working on flexibility, and giving them at home stretches to maintain a whole body experience. 

Modalities and certifications: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromusuclar, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Pre-Natal, Sports Massage, Bamboo Fusion, Integrative Reflexology, Cupping, and Thai Foot Massage. 

Days I work: Monday-Friday and every other Sunday.
