Orthopedic Neuromuscular Therapist

Sarah is an honors graduate from the Therapeutic Massage program at Alaska Career College, and is certified in isometric active release techniques and functional integrative therapy. She has two years experience working in an orthopedic sports and physical therapy clinic where she practiced a variety of techniques.

With a BS in Education, Sarah also enjoys educating her clients on healthy living practices, as well as providing them recovery, maintenance, and preventative care. She also is seeking a Masters in Natural Medicine. 

Massage/Manual Therapy & Bodywork combined with an active lifestyle is one of the best forms of preventative, maintenance, and recovery care. She is currently in the process of publishing her philosophy of bodywork therapy that stresses the importance of the nervous system in every aspect of treatment. Her background in orthopedic massage techniques and muscle balancing allows her to achieve results for her clients without causing undue pain and soreness.
