Hello Everyone! My name is Lauren Tipton and I am a Massage Therapist that truly understands the benefit of touch. I began my massage career at The Texas Center for Massage Therapy in Richardson, Texas in 2012 and, since then, have been delivering stress relief to countless individuals, for which I am so grateful. 

Licensed by the state of Texas and a member of the AMTA, I take pride in what I do and am privileged to promote health and healing to everyone I meet through Massage. My desire to become a Massage Therapist stemmed from a great loss I experienced and my own need to feel better but also wanting to help others with their pain and discomfort as well, to let them know that I am here, with healing hands. Most will be happy to find that my practice is completely mobile meaning I bring the Massage to you. I have a portable massage chair and table along with all the supplies I need and will travel to your home, office, hotel, anywhere you need me to go.
My personal technique is customized for each client and incorporates deep Swedish techniques with effective Trigger Point therapy to help clients attain balance, increase flexibility and help ease muscle tension and pain. At times, different techniques are needed for certain individuals, depending on the circumstance, and I am very skilled in numerous modalities to help you achieve optimum relief.
As I continue to grow my in own practice, I am constantly on the lookout, increasing my knowledge, skills and certifications with continuing education classes, expo meets and massive amounts of reading!
